■ Installment Payment Terms & Conditions

1. For photography packages requiring a deposit, the deposit amount shall not be included in the minimum spending threshold for installment eligibility.
   If the customer chooses to settle the full remaining balance in a single transaction and meets the installment threshold, the installment service may be applied.
   Once the installment transaction has been completed, requests to change the payment method, cancel, or refund due to payment method changes will not be accepted.
2. Installment payment is applicable only to a single transaction made on the shooting day by a single customer that meets the required spending threshold.Purchases made on different dates cannot be combined, and cross-date accumulated spending will not qualify for installment eligibility.
3. The installment payment service is processed via the Omise (Opn) payment gateway in collaboration with participating banks.
4. Installment eligibility and approval are subject to the terms and conditions of the card-issuing bank.
5. Installment payment applies only to the single transaction amount after discounts have been applied.
6. The transaction must be processed in one single credit card payment. Splitting payments across multiple credit cards or transactions for installment purposes is not permitted.
7. Once the installment transaction has been successfully processed, the installment period cannot be changed, canceled, or converted to another payment method.
8. In the event of cancellation or refund, the refund will be processed via the original payment method through the Omise system.The actual refund procedure and installment handling shall be subject to the issuing bank’s policies.Any fees or charges arising from the bank’s installment mechanism, if applicable, shall be borne by the cardholder.
9. The company does not charge additional interest under the 0% installment program. Actual installment terms remain subject to the card-issuing bank’s policies.
10. Installment applications are subject to approval by the issuing bank.If the transaction fails or the installment request is declined due to insufficient credit limit, banking system issues, or other factors, the company shall not be held responsible.The customer must complete the transaction using an alternative payment method.
11. If the installment authorization is not successfully approved, the order shall be considered unpaid.The customer must immediately complete payment on-site using another payment method; otherwise, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.
12. Holo Face (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this installment payment program at any time without prior notice.
