Before you proceed, please carefully read the following details:

1. On the day of the photoshoot, please bring your physical ID card for verification. Participants must be 20 years old or above. Those under 20 are not eligible to join this project.
2. This project will include the shooting of before-makeup and after-makeup photos and videos.
3. All photos and videos materials will be fully authorized for HOLO+FACE Thailand usage, and may be published on our Official Social Media platforms and Official Website.
4. Participants are required to sign a Portrait Rights Consent Form, granting HOLO+FACE Thailand the right to use your photos and videos free of charge.
5. Please ensure your social media account is set to public, so we can review your profile.
6. You may indicate your preferred shooting style in this form, but the final decision will be made by the HOLO+FACE Thailand.
7. ⚠️ Submitting this application does not guarantee participation. Final selection will be made internally, and only chosen participants will be contacted. If you are not selected this time, don’t be discouraged—there will be more opportunities in the future!
8. Upon completion of the photoshoot, each participant will receive one professionally retouched digital file and one printed photo. HOLO+FACE Thailand will not provide all original files and does not sell unedited photos. However, if you truly love additional photos, you may purchase extra retouched digital files on site.
9. All personal information will be used solely for internal selection and communication, and will not be disclosed publicly.
